By paying the deposit you agree to the price, placement, and design that was discussed and understand the deposit is nonrefundable, nontransferable (cannot be transferred to another person, date, time, or artist).

5% Convenience fee has been added into the deposit price.

By paying your deposit, you understand and agree to the below terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please give is a call before making your deposit.

-You must have a valid government issued photo ID at the time of your appointment.

Do not get too much sun in the area that is to be tattooed. It is illegal for us to tattoo skin that has too much sun exposure.

You must be sober. You will not receive a tattoo from our studio while under the influence alcohol or legal/illegal drugs.

Only the person getting tattooed is permitted in the procedure room.

The price, size, design, and placement are final once the deposit is made. Changes may require rescheduling, which may result in forfeiture of your deposit to compensate the artist for their time.

You must check with your artist before using numbing cream, as it affects the tattoo application and healing process. Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of your deposit.
